BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist  for a job opportunity located in  Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite)

Position Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist 

Location:  Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite)

Contract to Hire : 6 months Contract to hire

Payrate : $27.00 to $30.00 per hour on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per 

Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions across functions and levels.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review and screening.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Present qualified shortlists and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting multiple requisitions and hiring managers concurrently.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting
