This is a remote position based in Corona, California, allowing for flexibility while you work to support students in schools throughout the area. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, gathering background information and understanding individual challenges to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care, to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and caregivers to provide holistic support and resources that enhance the well-being of students, fostering a supportive network around each client.

• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions to educate students and their families about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources to empower them in their wellness journeys.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic approaches, such as mindfulness techniques and art therapy, to engage clients and promote emotional expression and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. The goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings, which is crucial for their academic and social success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a current California LCSW license.

• Strong understanding of the mental health needs of children and adolescents, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and online assessment tools to provide effective remote services.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and creativity in problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
