Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, documenting clinical information, and formulating individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients, especially those experiencing acute challenges, and develop strategies for immediate relief and longer-term coping mechanisms.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards, including documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that our clients receive holistic and well-rounded care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their ongoing wellness journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
