As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Jonza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Benefits include hiring bonus, 401(k), bonus based on performance, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development.
Our agency was opened in 2016 and has grown into a strong team of 26 team members. The owner has experience from owning a mini-golf business and working with Wells Fargo, which has shaped the leadership, service mindset, and results-driven approach of the agency. The owner is Minnesota born and raised, attended the University of Minnesota, and is building a career and life here with his family. The agency offers major medical benefits (including 50% family coverage), a 4% IRA match, generous PTO, a paid cell phone plan, Flex Fridays with early Fridays, monthly team events, and a sales travel program that can include international opportunities. The office culture is fun, competitive, high-energy, and built around a true work hard/play hard mentality.
