Office Coordinator
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview: As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting customers with our field technicians. You'll manage service appointments, optimize technician schedules, and ensure clear communication between the office, customers, and field staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician schedules based on availability, location, and expertise
- Manage daily service appointments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Communicate appointment details and arrival windows to customers
- Support technicians with scheduling updates and route adjustments throughout the day
- Respond quickly to urgent service requests and changing priorities
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and customer information
- Collaborate with office personnel and field teams to ensure timely completion of work orders
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience handling high call volumes and multi-line phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or a similar role
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home services industry
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software
- Knowledge of local service areas and route planning
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
