JobOverview Specialty : Family Medicine Hospital Location : Albuquerque, NM Setting: Clinic Setting Start Date : As soon as credentialed Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pnm. No late clinic, no call and no after-hours charting Patient Population : Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees. If Internal Medicine, they can see 18+ and the FNPs can see the pediatric patients. Patients Per Shift : 8-14 Required Duties : Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Perform comprehensive physical examinations Develop individualized treatment plans Promote wellness and preventive care Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate Order and interpret diagnostic testing Participate in quality improvement initiatives EMR/Documentation : Elation License : NM license Call : No Additional Info : Site works in a true value-based care model; no fee for service and no RVUs.
