PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees; If IM, can see 18+ and the FNPs can see the pedi patients.
- Average Daily Volume: 8-14
FACILITY INFORMATION
- EMR: Elation
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Promote wellness and preventive care
- Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
- Licenses: Active NM license
- DEA: Active DEA
- Certification: BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Other Qualifications: Clean background
