Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, or family therapy sessions through secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in our user-friendly EHR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Participate actively in virtual case consultations, offering insights and learning from colleagues while collaboratively enhancing patient care.

• Manage a dynamic caseload that aligns with your clinical interests, accommodating your availability and preferences in client demographics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, many of whom may experience emotional distress, trauma, chronic illness, or significant life transitions. Our commitment to community mental health means you will engage with underserved populations, including BIPOC individuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community, providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• An active LCSW license in the state of California is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, with potential for bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits include:
