Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments for clients presenting with mental health and substance use disorders, documenting the findings electronically within our EHR system.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, offering evidence-based interventions that address various psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.

• Perform crisis intervention as needed, assessing suicide risk and escalating patient needs to other providers or emergency services when appropriate.

• Offer liaison services and social work support, connecting clients to essential community resources, including medication assistance programs and support groups.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, working with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes through effective data collection and analysis.

Qualifications\n
