In this role, you will build Google Cloud's small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales narrative from the ground up, shaping how we pitch our most strategic technology to mid-market businesses globally. This high-visibility role, reporting to the Head of Segment Content, demands a content strategist with a builder mindset. Drawing on your background in sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), or product marketing, you will translate complex cloud and AI concepts into narratives and customer-facing sales assets that resonate with technical and business leaders. Crucially, the content must be adaptable for our partner community, ensuring our narratives can be delivered at scale to drive global impact.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $171000 - $247000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Architect core segment narratives, establishing the foundational pitch and clear engaged differentiators for key sales plays to drive market impact.
• Develop a comprehensive suite of premium go-to-market (GTM) materials, including business and technical pitch decks and one-pagers, designed to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Partner strategically with SMB sales leadership and enablement teams to scale content delivery and drive adoption across global seller and partner communities.
• Track content performance, iterating on narratives and assets to measurably increase agreement velocity.
• Influence global product positioning and messaging as a strategic advisor to Product and Marketing teams, advocating critical field and customer feedback.
