Description - Your Impactful Contributions

• Execute routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other areas, adhering to established protocols.
• Assess outcomes for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and handle preventative care and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain comprehensive logging of all procedures, guide new team members or students, and help uphold laboratory standards of quality.
• Ensure a tidy, secure workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout employment.
