Your Role - Responsibilities Await

• Conduct an array of routine and advanced lab tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for reliability, troubleshoot issues, and keep lab instruments calibrated and well maintained.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, partake in training newer staff or students, and actively contribute to superior lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure work environment, conforming to regulatory standards and best practices.

Educational Prerequisites

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
