Job Description
The Construction Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting medium-sized construction teams by managing contracts, overseeing risk, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. This position involves frequent site visits and supports commercial construction projects while reporting to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the construction lifecycle
- Implement quality assurance measures to meet project standards
- Coordinate communication among medium-sized project teams (4-7 members)
- Conduct frequent site visits to monitor project progress and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in construction project coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proficient in project scheduling and construction documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills
