Pay: $20hr Responsibilities Book venues, caterers, and schedule speakers Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues Research and negotiate with vendors to achieve most favorable terms Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise Evaluate event’s success and submit reports Process invoices Contract compliance Additional duties as needed Required Qualifications Prior experience in meeting coordination, customer service, administrative support is preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Communications, Public Relations is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Well organized with multi-tasking skills Problem solving ability If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
