Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to conduct individual and group therapy sessions that effectively address the emotional, behavioral, and relational needs of assigned clients.

• Thoroughly complete comprehensive documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, weekly goals setting, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge planning to facilitate informed decisions about client care.

• Collaborate with clients to develop detailed aftercare plans that promote positive outcomes and successful transitions beyond therapy.

• Engage in regular communication with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties to ensure continuity in care and foster a supportive environment for each client's healing process.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures by promptly completing all required documentation to maintain compliance and promote client safety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
