Senior Payroll ManagerCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $200,000 to $250,000 per year.Job ResponsibilitiesLead payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing for employees across multiple locations and entities.Manage payroll tax compliance activities including filings reporting reconciliations and year end requirements.Partner with human resources finance benefits and other departments to ensure accurate payroll data and employee payments.Develop scalable payroll processes controls and procedures that improve efficiency and support organizational growth.Oversee payroll systems vendors and process improvement initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.Requirements10+ years of payroll experience including leadership responsibility within large and complex organizations.Demonstrate extensive knowledge of payroll regulations tax requirements and payroll administration best practices.Possess experience managing payroll systems implementations upgrades and technology related projects.Maintain strong understanding of payroll controls compliance requirements and audit procedures.Manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively with cross functional business partners.QualificationsApply strong analytical and problem solving skills to resolve complex payroll and tax related matters.Communicate effectively with executives employees vendors and stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.Demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to balance operational efficiency accuracy and risk management.Lead and develop high performing teams while fostering collaboration accountability and professional growth.Manage multiple priorities successfully while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
