Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing diagnostic tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, employing interventions and strategies tailored to their mental health diagnoses.

• Accurately maintain treatment records and clinical documentation following regulatory standards using current health technologies.

• Facilitate the development of holistic treatment plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and the care team, focusing on their unique needs and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and treatment providers to ensure seamless access to care and additional support services.

• Provide education, supervision, and mentoring for students and interns, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals while enhancing your own leadership skills.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaborations to promote best practices within the team and the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
