Description / Responsibilities:
 Auditing of accounts to ensure quality work throughout the department
 Training in rotation (of new staff)
 Assist with the creation and utilization of training check list and have both the trainer and trainee sign to ensure staff gets same training
 Rejections- review and write-off all rejections prior to the end of the month
 Client emails-must be worked within 24-48 hours
 Crosstrain on Advance MD and Clinix
 Attend manager’s weekly staff meetings
 Meet with Supervisor at least once per week to report workflow status
Other Duties:
• Work emails daily in a timely manner
• Assist staff with questions
• Other duties as assigned
