Responsibilities Support the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day market responsibilities. Spend 60‑80% of your time on hands‑on warehouse and field tasks, including: Direct labor, warehouse organization, and hand‑count asset/compliance audits. Routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles. Respond to on‑demand and field customer service requests. Redistribute scooters across Veo service areas. Identify, document, and recover scooters needing in‑shop repair. Perform ad‑hoc field tasks as required. Allocate 20‑40% of your time to administrative duties such as hiring, training, scheduling staff; employee productivity tracking; SOP follow‑up; and assisting with Operations Manager projects. Qualifications & Skills Open availability and willingness to work all shifts, including weekends. Basic mechanical and technical aptitude. Minimum one year of leadership or supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and remain on feet for the duration of a shift. Knowledge of local geography and street layout. Clear, effective communication skills. Eligible to work in the United States. Experience or interest in working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage technology company. Medical, dental, and vision coverage; VeoRide credits.
