This position operates in a remote capacity, allowing you the flexibility to provide counseling services from a setting that is most comfortable for you. While working from home, you will still be fully integrated into our clinic’s collaborative culture, participating in staff meetings and supervision sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative practices by participating in regular staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and one-on-one meetings with clinical supervisors.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique mental health challenges, thereby developing effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress and achievements throughout their treatment journey.

• Provide teletherapy solutions for clients who require flexible access to mental health services, ensuring a broad reach even for those with mobility concerns.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to adhere to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve providing therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with addiction, anxiety, trauma, and depression. The therapist will have an opportunity to work closely with couples, families, children, and teens, creating a multifaceted approach to mental health that respects and addresses the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of our clients. Clinicians with experience in serving clients of color or the LGBTQIA community are particularly encouraged to apply, as we strive to reflect the diversity of those we serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and current LMFT license issued by the state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
