Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, establishing a clear understanding of their challenges and goals. Qualifications An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members alike. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to maintain a structured yet adaptable work schedule. Preferred Experience Experience in providing therapeutic services within a community health setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, along with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. Previous experience utilizing telehealth or virtual therapy platforms is highly beneficial. Compensation and Benefits A competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
