Carolina Caring in North Carolina is seeking a strategic, innovative Senior Vice President of Strategy to join the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the COO, this role will develop and execute organization-wide strategies to drive sustainable growth and broaden access to compassionate care.

The executive will oversee community engagement, partnerships, volunteer services, and marketing, leading initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, referral growth, and the patient and family experience
