A plaintiff-side employment law practice is building momentum across California, advocating for employees facing wage theft, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace injustices.This practice is seeking a driven Employment Litigator who is ready to take ownership of impactful cases and help employees assert their rights.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will represent employees in wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and class action matters. You will manage written discovery, depositions, court appearances, and arbitrations, while also drafting mediation briefs, trial briefs, and dispositive motions.You will collaborate with an experienced litigation team while maintaining autonomy over your caseload and contributing to case strategy from intake through resolution.What This Opportunity Offers$110,000 - $130,000 for less experienced attorneys$150,000+ for more experienced attorneysAdditional compensation includes 3% of attorneys' fees on firm cases, 25% of attorneys' fees on cases you originate, and an annual discretionary bonus.Benefits include:90% employer-paid health insurance after 30 days401(k) with employer match5 paid sick daysHybrid schedule with a path to full remote after initial onboardingWho You AreThe ideal candidate is a licensed California attorney in good standing with a strong background in employment litigation, including wage and hour and representative actions.
