ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2013 and currently has a small, close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a sales leader after previously serving as a State Farm agent, giving me a strong background in leadership, sales, and team development.

I'm a graduate of the University of Missouri and have proudly called Georgia home since 1999. I enjoy building relationships within the community and creating an environment where both our customers and team members feel supported.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Taryn Reiss - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
