Technical Portfolio Manager (ServiceNow)
We are looking for a Technical Portfolio Manager with strong ServiceNow platform experience to manage multiple IT initiatives and drive strategic delivery across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, portfolio management, and stakeholder leadership.
Manage and prioritize ServiceNow and IT initiatives at portfolio level. Drive platform strategy, governance, and roadmap planning. Ensure CMDB accuracy and data governance practices. Coordinate across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Track risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance. Align IT initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities. ServiceNow certifications. Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or integrations. PMP or equivalent certification.
