Full-Time | Commission-Based | $75,000 – $150,000+ Per Year

Compensation

• $75,000 – $150,000+ annually
• Top performers earn well over $150,000

What You'll Do

• Help customers purchase new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
• Maintain product knowledge and CRM activity
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent conversational and people skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Goal-oriented with the desire to earn a high income
• Valid driver's license
