Experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time Role in Bonita Springs

Position Overview

Move Strong Physical Therapy is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients. In this full-time onsite role, you will engage in real-time assessments and implement tailored treatment plans that enhance mobility and promote recovery. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, with hours available from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, or the option of four 10-hour workdays, allowing flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

Work Environment

This role is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, designed to facilitate patient interactions and collaborative work. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and assistants, to provide comprehensive care. Our therapy rooms are equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology, allowing you to employ various methods and tools tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized therapy plans based on continuous assessment.
• Document progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly, ensuring effective communication with the care team.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and home care to encourage adherence to treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including post-operative patients, individuals recovering from injuries, and those managing chronic conditions. Your role will be crucial in helping these patients regain their independence and optimize mobility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain one).

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings or specialized areas such as sports therapy or geriatric care will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
