You build strong mentoring relationships, track performance, deliver meaningful feedback, and maintain a supportive, respectful clinic culture. You consistently follow institutional and state board guidelines while contributing to a learning environment that values accountability, growth, and confidence.OUR IDEAL COSMETOLOGY EDUCATOR:A Missouri Cosmetology licenseA Missouri Instructor license or willingness to obtain oneProfessional salon experience with verifiable referencesA passion for mentoring and educationVerification of licenses and credentialsApplicants must be authorized to work in the United StatesCandidates seeking an Instructor License are encouraged to apply.
