Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation

Enara Law PLLC | Arizona

Enara Law PLLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to support our civil litigation practice. This is a full-time position for an attorney with experience handling general civil litigation matters in Arizona state and federal courts, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attorneys admitted in multiple jurisdictions are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review litigation pleadings, including complaints, answers, motions, and other court filings.
• Conduct and manage discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, preparing for and taking depositions, and reviewing evidence.
• Assist with mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Support trial preparation and litigation strategy.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, ADR proceedings, and other in-person proceedings as required.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda addressing complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to advance client matters efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with applicable court rules and procedures.
  

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar admission and in good standing (required).
• At least two years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with Arizona state and federal court procedures.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong professional ethics, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Admission to additional state bars strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
