Junior Attorney (0-5 Years Experience, Base Salary: USD $105000 to $125000) Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs, primarily in insurance defense matters.
• Assist in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, focusing on third-party defense cases.
• Manage client communication and correspondence with insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient case handling.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
• 0-5 years of legal experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Draft and negotiate legal contracts and agreements related to insurance defense.
• Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to insurance carriers.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
• 6-10 years of legal experience in insurance defense.
• Proven track record of success in handling complex insurance defense matters.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Deep knowledge of relevant legal areas, such as auto, trucking, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability.

• Mentor and develop junior attorneys.
• Represent the firm in the legal community and build relationships with insurance carriers and other professionals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
• 11-15 years of legal experience in insurance defense.
• Extensive experience in handling complex insurance defense matters, including high-stakes litigation.
• Proven track record of success in representing insurance carriers and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Strong leadership, management, and business development skills.
• Deep expertise in insurance defense law, with a focus on auto, trucking, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability.
