Accountant

A rapidly-growing real estate/investment company is looking to add a new Accountant to their team. This position is open due to growth as they have a ton of upcoming projects, so it is an exciting time to be there! Job Duties: Assisting in the preparation of monthly financials, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare, record and file monthly sales tax reporting Maintain financial records for a portfolio of properties Assist in budgeting process Assist with developing and implementing accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes Review cash flow for any irregular activity or cash needs Job Qualifications: At least an Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1+ years of real estate/property management experience Communication skills, both verbal and written Problem solving and process improvement mindset If this particular role is not of interest, our team is engaged in over 50 separate searches in the area.
