Take the next step in your career journey and apply today to become an integral part of a credit union that values innovation and teamwork!DAY TO DAY AS A TELLER SERVICES SUPERVISORAs the Teller Services Supervisor at Greenville Federal Credit Union's Wade Hampton campus, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of tellers to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence. This multifaceted position involves overseeing teller balancing, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and safeguarding cash and credit union property. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, you will strategically allocate staffing resources during peak traffic times and report essential operational information to the Branch Operations Manager. Additionally, you will assist in recruiting and developing teller staff, conducting routine observations, and providing coaching to uphold service standards. As the vault custodian, you will manage cash flow, oversee month-end reports, and ensure timely handling of incoming mail.With a comprehensive understanding of branch operations and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture, your leadership will be crucial in enhancing member experiences and achieving organizational goals.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A TELLER SERVICES SUPERVISORTo thrive as a Teller Services Supervisor at Greenville Federal Credit Union, a robust skill set is essential. Candidates should possess at least two years of college education or an associate's degree in a related field, along with two to five years of relevant experience in the financial sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with employees, senior management, and external vendors.A confident approach to cross-selling products and services is key, as is a self-motivated attitude toward promoting the credit union's offerings. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, effectively managing commitments in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
