Occupational Therapist

Qualifications & Experience: Active Connecticut Occupational Therapy (OT) license required Previous experience as a school-based OT strongly preferred Comfortable traveling to more than one school location within the district Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of educators, specialists, and families Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services across various school sites within the district Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students participation in academic and functional activities Support IEP development and implementation, attending team meetings as needed Educate and consult with staff and families regarding strategies for student success Benefits: Full-time contract hours (35 hrs/week, August 27 - end of November) Opportunity for professional growth in a supportive school environment Travel between multiple schools keeps each day engaging and varied If you are enthusiastic about helping students thrive and are seeking a rewarding contract opportunity for the start of the school year, we would love to connect with you.
