What We’re Looking For:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (Connecticut)
• Background in school-based OT, with an understanding of IEPs and IDEA guidelines
• Familiarity with evaluations and therapeutic interventions for pediatric populations
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Creative and flexible mindset to adapt interventions to diverse student needs

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and therapy rooms
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide documentation as required
• Help students build essential life and academic skills through engaging activities
• Participate in professional development to stay current in best practices
