Director of Imaging Services

To enhance imaging services, the full-time Director of Imaging Services will manage clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and oversee quality assurance programs while working in a hybrid on-site and remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinates system-wide imaging functions, including strategic planning and compliance initiatives Implements and monitors a Quality Assurance Program to maintain high patient care standards Oversees human resources functions, including staff development, performance evaluations, and budget management Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field At least 7 years of experience in a large radiology department, including 3 years in a management role Knowledge of various imaging modalities and healthcare administration principles Experience in financial management and human resource management Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
