Sales Manager – Food / FMCG / HoReCa / Food Service Experience: 8–10 Years | Industry: Food / FMCG / HoReCa / Food Service Role & Responsibilities Strong on-ground / field sales role with extensive market visits. Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and achieve sales targets. Regularly visit and manage distributors, dealers and key clients . Develop business with 5-Star Hotels, Chain Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs, Caterers & Institutions . Build and manage strong HoReCa & Food Service relationships . Acquire new customers and grow existing key accounts. Monitor market, competition, pricing and product movement. Lead sales team, review performance and drive monthly business growth. Manage negotiations, collections and customer relationships. Candidate Profile 8–10 years of sales experience , preferably Food / FMCG / HoReCa / Food Service. Strong field sales, GTM and distributor management experience. Existing network with Hotels, Chain Hotels, Restaurants & Food Service operators preferred. Target-driven, hands-on and willing to travel extensively. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
