We’re hiring Wireless Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to assist customers with mobile phones, plans, and accessories in a fast-paced retail environment. Why You’ll Love This Bilingual Wireless Sales Role: Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commissions High earning potential for bilingual reps (English/Spanish) Use your authentic selling style and communication skills in both languages Clear opportunities for career growth and leadership paths Supportive, coaching-focused team environment What You’ll Do (English & Spanish): Help customers with new phone activations, upgrades, and accessory bundles Start conversations with shoppers in English or Spanish Explain devices, wireless plans, and promotions in clear, simple bilingual communication Recommend the right phone, plan, and accessories for each customer Assist with device setup, activation, and basic troubleshooting Keep wireless displays organized, stocked, and visually appealing Deliver excellent customer service / servicio al cliente to every shopper What Makes You Great for This Role: Bilingual (English/Spanish) or strong Spanish-speaking ability is a big plus High-energy personality and confidence starting conversations Motivated to succeed in a retail sales + commission environment Reliable, customer-focused, and positive attitude Able to stand and move for 8–10 hour shifts Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and most holidays No wireless experience needed, we provide full bilingual friendly training.
