Joint Venture Associate

Bilzin Sumberg is seeking an associate with 4+ years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex real estate joint venture agreements and related transaction documents. The ideal candidate will join our Joint Venture Practice, working alongside experienced practitioners on sophisticated joint venture transactions for institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, family offices, and operating partners across the United States. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for admission) are required. Preference will be given to candidates with real estate joint venture or partnership/LLC structuring experience and sophisticated law firm employment history. Candidates who meet some but not all of the preferred qualifications are encouraged to apply.
