This role plays a critical part in driving patient care excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and professional developmentEnsure high standards of patient care in accordance with evidence-based practicesCollaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and administrative staffMonitor and improve quality metrics and patient satisfactionManage budgets, staffing, and resources efficientlyEnsure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policiesQualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum 3-5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skillsExperience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
