Key Responsibilities Supervise maintenance team, recognizing achievements and counseling performance issues. Perform safety checks, lock out/tag out certifications, and manage required documentation. Provide mentorship, training, and professional development to optimize team performance. Ensure completion of work orders and maintain accurate paperwork. Perform all other relevant duties related to maintenance supervision. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting. At least 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in poultry manufacturing. Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and reinforce positive performance. Physical & Work Environment Office environment within a manufacturing plant, utilizing computers and office equipment. Frequent sitting; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
