We’re hiring at KUL Office Furniture.
We’re looking for an Office Manager / Sales Operations Leader with real commercial office furniture experience.
This is an important role for us.
KUL is growing, and our team needs more daily accountability, and support inside the office. We need someone who understands how the commercial furniture business works from lead, to quote, to order, to delivery, to installation.
This is not just an admin role.
We’re looking for someone who can help keep the team organized, support customer follow-up, manage CRM accountability, improve communication, and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks.
The right person will help with:
• Daily office organization
• Sales accountability
• KPI tracking and reporting
• Sales and project follow-up
• HubSpot CRM accountability
• Lead and pipeline tracking
• Customer communication
• Coordination between sales, design, warehouse, delivery, and installation
• Team accountability
• Process improvement
• Supporting a smoother customer experience
Commercial office furniture experience is required.
That part is important.
This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, direct, professional, detail-oriented, and ready to help build structure in a growing company.
For the right person, there is room to grow into more leadership responsibility over time.
KUL Office Furniture has been helping Central Florida businesses furnish their offices for over 25 years. We have one of the largest in-stock inventories in the area and offer a full-service experience from space planning to delivery and installation.
