Perform maintenance tasks on plant facilities and on production equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment according to schedule. Assist with general electrical wiring, basic equipment troubleshooting and repair, basic carpentry, plumbing and masonry as directed. Assist with movement of equipment within the facility. Assist with movement of hazardous waste (flammable) from satellite accumulation area to holding cage as required.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Basic Electrical Wiring
• Basic Carpentry
• Basic Plumbing
• Preventative Maintenance on Plant Equipment
• Kiln Masonry
• Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair

Experience & Education

• Must have a flexible schedule to allow for outside training
• Various physical requirements including climbing and lifting
• Must be able to operate fork lift truck
• Basic knowledge of tools
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Injection Molding Machine experience a plus
• Excellent attendance record
• Willing to work overtime when required

• PLC's
• VFD's
• Motor Controls
• HVAC
• Hydraulics
• Hydraulic blueprints & line diagrams
• Fanuc Robots
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Masonry
• Welding

Shift

• 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• maintenance mechanic: 3 years (Preferred)
• mechanical and electrical: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
