A premier plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking a driven litigation attorney to join its high-performing team. This is an opportunity to work on significant injury cases, take ownership of your files, and sharpen your skills alongside attorneys who are passionate about winning for their clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Work directly with clients facing life-changing injuries
• Help prepare complex cases for trial

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management skills
• Ability to independently handle a litigation docket
• Trial experience or trial preparation experience is a plus
• Texas Bar license in good standing
