Customer Service Representative

Village Plumbing, Air and Electric has been serving the Houston area for 80 years. We have built an impeccable reputation based on our consistent quality work. We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative, one of the most important positions with our company. Our CSR's are first point of contact when our customers call, so we are seeking energetic an enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Answer phones and book service calls for Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical

* Document and update customer records based on interactions

* Handle customer inquires and complaints with advanced conflict resolution skills

* Promote additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts

* Call out to existing VPP customers to schedule maintenance checks

* Offer VPP (Village Partner Plan) to callers when applicable

Requirements

* Two years of customer service experience in a call center

* Positive and professional demeanor

* Ability to build rapport with clients quickly

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to prioritize and multitask

* Proven ability to meet and exceed call quotas

* Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems

* Service Titan experience a plus!

* Previous experience in Plumbing, Electric or HVAC industry preferred

* Ability to work flexible schedules which includes some weekends and evenings up to 8:00 PM.
* Bilingual-Spanish a big plus!
