Loan Servicing Representative

Description

Perform new loan boarding, data validation, and setup for commercial loan products, ensuring accuracy of terms, collateral, and system fields.

Process loan modifications, rate/term updates, disbursements, advances, and other post‑origination changes.

Conduct post‑origination QC reviews, including documentation completeness, collateral perfection, insurance monitoring, disbursement verification, and audit readiness.

Manage day‑to‑day servicing of commercial loan portfolios, including payment processing, adjustments, escrow updates, and correspondence with internal teams.

Ensure servicing processes comply with bank policies, federal lending regulations, and SBA/CRE/commercial loan requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with commercial lending systems (loan servicing, boarding, workflow, imaging).

Understanding of credit evaluation, participation/syndication structures, and covenant/financial reporting requirements.

Ability to read and interpret loan agreements, construction budgets, insurance policies, title reports, and compliance certificates.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel for reconciliation, tracking, and reporting).

Excellent communication skills for working with Loan Officers, Credit, Operations, and external partners.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
