Medical Scheduler / Front Desk ReceptionistCome join our spectacular Patient Experience team!We look to hire courteous, professional, patient and well mannered team players.Job Types: Full-time or Part-Time, Front Desk, Back Office/Central SchedulingNo experience? It is ok - we will train you!Ideal Candidate:Prior experience in a medical officeExperience with high volume callsExcellent phone etiquette, customer service skills and computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationBilingualGeneral knowledge of medical insurance and terminologyDuties to include, but not limited to:Answer incoming callsSchedule appointmentsConvey patient financial informationGreet patients & visitorsScan & upload chart documentsCollect patient financial responsibly from patients prior to their examsFeel free to apply in confidence.*** Training for position will commence in Cooper City Florida *** Upon graduation from training candidate may be assigned to one of our other locations in Broward County based on needs and availability
