• Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire
• Location: Onsite in Western United States
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $210-230k plus bonus & relocation
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No C2C

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close processes
• Lead accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting and drive stronger discipline across the reporting cycle
• Own the internal and external audit relationship, addressing gaps in past audit performance and building a stronger control environment going forward
• Direct accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage and develop accounting team members, raising the bar on technical strength and accountability across the department

What Gets You the Job: 

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), required
• Proven experience leading an accounting function through complex audits, with a track record of strong audit outcomes
• Experience in a large hospitality or casino resort environment, ideally within an integrated resort managing multiple systems and business lines
• Strong leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build, develop, and elevate an accounting team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
