This role requires strong experience with corporate transaction documentation, proactive email and calendar management, and familiarity with Colorado and Federal court procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, revise, and manage corporate and real estate transaction documents
- Coordinate meetings, hearings, arbitrations, and court deadlines
- Oversee complex attorney calendars and daily scheduling needs
- Manage and organize attorney inboxes, including drafting and refining client communications, adjusting subject lines, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Track matters and maintain documentation within case management systems
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, partners, and clients regarding case updates and emerging issues
- Support document storage, time tracking, and billing-related administrative tasks
- Maintain awareness of Colorado and Federal court rules and filing procedures
- 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience
- At least 2 years supporting a Corporate law practice
- Hands-on experience with corporate transaction documentation
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit professional correspondence
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Employment Type: Direct Hire (hourly pay structure)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Work Environment: Fully in-office (5 days per week)
- Location: Englewood, CO (onsite parking available)
