With competitive pay, a great bonus structure, and more we are seeking to add innovative and driven individuals that want to get involved and grow with us.*Must live in Pittsburgh or willing to relocate to Pittsburgh.Major Responsibilities1) LeasingGreet potential residentsAnswer calls and persuade potential residents to visit the propertyShow and lease apartments by building value into what the Company offersSuccessfully close on showingsCommunicate specials and promotionsAddress and resolve questions/concerns in a timely mannerPursue leadsAchieve goalsProcess leasesQualify applicantsProcess criminal background checks on prospective residentsProcess credit checks on guarantorsProperly execute the leasePrepare lease packages and lease renewal packages2) MarketingResearch new marketing avenuesRecommend marketing concepts to the Property ManagerMay implement approved marketing techniques/programsMay create price sheetsPlan and organize resident events and parties3) Tenant ExperienceGreet existing residentsAnswer incoming callsDiscover resident needs, wants, and fitTimely follow-up and follow through on resident needsInput service requestsFollow-up on trash, housekeeping, roommate issues, pet registration, etc.Build rapport with residentsCreate hospitality and a sense of belonging in a professional atmosphereComplete guest cards and send thank-you notes3) General ClericalFile informationPrepare correspondenceCopy informationGenerate mailings4) Accurate ReportingCollect checks and monies owed5) Physical PlantInspect groundsAssist move out/move-in inAssist with the inspection of units, as needed6) ProjectsMay complete projects as directed by the Leasing Manager or Property ManagerMinimum and Preferred Qualifications-EDUCATIONMinimum:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred:Participation in Fair Housing classes and practice of acquired information-EXPERIENCEMinimum:One (1) year of customer service, sales, or community experience.Preferred:Residential Assistant experience; Property Management leasing experience; and proven sales or restaurant experience.
