Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing organization and support the day-to‑day accounts payable function. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and assisting with month-end accounting activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Key Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely. Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents. Review invoices for proper approvals and coding. Prepare and process weekly check, ACH, and wire payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships. Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments preferred. Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor management. Knowledge of three-way matching and purchase order systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
